Nature of the product
Visa Snapshots are non-advisory, informational documents issued on request.
Each snapshot is:
prepared for a specific jurisdiction
issued as a point-in-time analytical document
versioned and anchored to the system state at the time of issue
Once issued, a snapshot cannot be “returned” or revoked.
When refunds are available
Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:
A technical failure prevents delivery of the snapshot
An incorrect jurisdiction is delivered due to an error on our part
A duplicate charge is processed in error
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.
When refunds are not available
Refunds are not provided where:
The snapshot has been successfully issued and delivered
The information does not meet personal expectations
You decide the product is not suitable for your situation after review
You were seeking advice, eligibility assessment, or recommendations
Your personal circumstances change after purchase
You no longer require the information
Visa Snapshots are designed to provide system-level orientation, not outcomes or personalised guidance.
Change of mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once issuance has begun.
Issuance typically commences immediately after purchase to ensure the snapshot reflects the current system state.
Updates and system changes
Immigration systems may change after a snapshot is issued.
A change in legislation, policy, or system behaviour does not invalidate a previously issued snapshot and does not constitute grounds for a refund.
