Refund Policy

Nature of the product

Visa Snapshots are non-advisory, informational documents issued on request.

Each snapshot is:

  • prepared for a specific jurisdiction

  • issued as a point-in-time analytical document

  • versioned and anchored to the system state at the time of issue

Once issued, a snapshot cannot be “returned” or revoked.

When refunds are available

Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:

  • A technical failure prevents delivery of the snapshot

  • An incorrect jurisdiction is delivered due to an error on our part

  • A duplicate charge is processed in error

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.

When refunds are not available

Refunds are not provided where:

  • The snapshot has been successfully issued and delivered

  • The information does not meet personal expectations

  • You decide the product is not suitable for your situation after review

  • You were seeking advice, eligibility assessment, or recommendations

  • Your personal circumstances change after purchase

  • You no longer require the information

Visa Snapshots are designed to provide system-level orientation, not outcomes or personalised guidance.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once issuance has begun.

Issuance typically commences immediately after purchase to ensure the snapshot reflects the current system state.

Updates and system changes

Immigration systems may change after a snapshot is issued.

A change in legislation, policy, or system behaviour does not invalidate a previously issued snapshot and does not constitute grounds for a refund.
